All Is Fair In Love And War...
Linlinterrupted(Dalian)

This book, "Orlando" was nothing like what i thought, but everything i wanted. while i'm only 1/3 way through it, i've already made a few notes all over the place...
on the book i wrote, "sadness or pain is something hanging over you for as long as you are conscious. For love and any other beautiful things in our lives will not last. You have to either bear the emptiness and longing or the pain of losing something precious any minuts."
In my notebook i wrote something else, "writing is not about the technique but how far have you driven yourself to the edge. " "but I dont believe in suicide notes. Virginia Woolf did it, to her husband. She was being nice. i'm almost sure she didnt want to do it at first, but eventually she did out of good manners... People hardly say anything good about the suicide, they are too afraid of the idea... but why? the dead take parts of the living ones away. you wont really want to explain and apologize to the livings, what is there to make right if you are already gone?"
as i went on reading, i saw a paragraph of love like how i said about it, it felt as if she was talking to me... just a few days ago, in my other entry i wrote, "爱的一面是光一面是地狱般的黑暗 翻开黑暗的一面就永不得翻身" (love's one side is light, the other darkness like hell, when you turn to the dark side you'll be damned.), then virginia had in her book, "For love, has two faces; one white, the other black... so strictly are they joined together you cannot separate them..." i dont know what to tell. love is the same for us all but how far is it gonna take us? it seems to have too little a wing for us heavy dark souls...
